Terms & Conditions

Bookings

All bookings depend on availability and are confirmed by our team. Prices are shown in UAE dirhams (AED) and are the prices published on this website at the time of booking. Extras such as professional photography and VIP pick & drop are charged in addition to the ride.

• A booking is confirmed once our team has confirmed it with you
• Please arrive on time: a late arrival can shorten your ride

Weather and safety

Safety comes first. We can postpone or reschedule a ride because of weather, sea conditions or official warnings. Riders must follow the safety briefing and wear the life jacket provided at all times on the water.

Responsibility

Riders are responsible for following the instructions of our team and for any damage caused to the equipment through misuse. Please do not bring dangerous or illegal items. We are not responsible for personal belongings lost or damaged during the ride.

For any question about these terms, contact us on WhatsApp at +971 50 360 3712 or by email at info@jetcarindubai.com.
